Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of clients and transaction sizes do you work with?
We work with growing CRE firms and first-time fund managers as well as established developers, family offices and institutional investment platforms. We support transactions from $5 million to more than $100 million across asset classes and capital structures, and tailor the work to the scale and complexity of each engagement.
Does Reina Property Group raise capital or only advise?
Both. Our investment team underwrites and structures the deal, prepares the materials and places the capital, from Senior Debt and Bridge Loans to Preferred Equity and LP Equity. Our Types of Capital guide explains each source and when it fits.
How are engagements structured?
Engagements are scoped to the work. Defined deliverables, such as a financial model or an offering memorandum, are run as a project. Ongoing needs across several transactions are handled as a continuing engagement, so you keep the same deal team from one deal to the next.
How many revisions are included?
Every project-based engagement includes two structured revision rounds: one after initial delivery and one after internal or stakeholder review. Additional rounds can be accommodated depending on scope and timeline.
Are your models and presentations templated?
No. Every model and presentation is built for the specifics of the deal. We use internal frameworks for consistency, but each engagement is tailored to the CRE firm's Capital Stack, business plan and target investors, so the materials hold up to institutional scrutiny.
Do you provide ongoing support after delivery?
Yes. Many clients keep us on for revisions, lender and investor follow-ups and additional materials as the deal progresses, either project by project or through a fractional engagement.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We routinely execute NDAs, and confidentiality is fundamental to our work. Even without one, information is shared on a need-to-know basis and access is limited to essential personnel. We are happy to sign your NDA or provide our standard agreement.
Do you offer expedited turnaround?
Yes, case by case, depending on scope and team capacity. Tell us your deadline upfront and we will confirm whether we can accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
Where is Reina Property Group based?
Our office is at 99 Wall Street in New York, and we work with CRE firms across the United States.
