Leadership Team

Chief Executive Officer

Christian Reina

Christian Reina is the Founder and CEO of Reina Property Group. He began his career in real estate investment banking at Deutsche Bank, which included a coverage universe of public and private companies across the real estate, gaming, lodging, and leisure sectors—including REITs, Hilton, Wynn Resorts, Caesars Entertainment, and Carnival Corporation—advising on capital markets and M&A transactions.

Following his time at Deutsche Bank, Christian joined Maverick Real Estate Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, where he oversaw a portfolio of more than $300 million in distressed debt secured by commercial properties across New York City. His experience spans over $1.5 billion in real estate transactions, including ground-up developments, recapitalizations, note acquisitions, and joint ventures.

In addition to client advisory work, Christian has played a pivotal role in mentoring and training aspiring professionals from top-tier academic institutions. His guidance has supported undergraduate, MBA, and Master of Real Estate Development students from universities such as NYU, Cornell, USC, Columbia, Georgetown, and UMiami. Many of these individuals have successfully broken into leading firms like Blackstone, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and Newmark, while others have gone on to launch their own development companies and real estate private equity funds. Through a combination of technical mastery, institutional insight, and practical career coaching, Christian has helped shape the next generation of leaders across investment banking, private equity, and development.

Christian earned his B.A. in Economics, cum laude, with a minor in Sociology from Middlebury College, where he was team captain for Middlebury’s D1-AA rugby team. Outside of work, he enjoys distance running, swimming, weightlifting, and playing chess.

Justin Legowski

Vice President

Justin is a real estate investor and operator with deep roots in Hartford County, Connecticut. A graduate of The Loomis Chaffee School, he began his undergraduate studies at Bates College before transferring to Middlebury College, where he studied Economics and developed a strong foundation in market analysis and strategic decision-making.

Following his academic experience, Justin joined his family’s accounting and tax advisory business, where he supported businesses across a range of industries. Raised in an entrepreneurial environment, he built a professional ethos around transparency, responsiveness, and long-term value creation.

In addition to his transactional work, Justin is an active owner and operator of residential and commercial real estate assets throughout New England. His portfolio strategy emphasizes local market fundamentals, disciplined underwriting, and hands-on asset management. This integrated experience allows him to approach real estate execution with both operational depth and financial precision, whether acquiring, repositioning, or managing assets.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Justin is active in philanthropic causes and enjoys time at the beach, reading, and following Boston sports teams including the Bruins, Red Sox, and UConn Huskies.
