Christian Reina is a Managing Partner of Reina Property Group. He graduated cum laude from Middlebury College with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Sociology. Christian began his professional career in investment banking covering real estate, gaming, lodging, & leisure sectors. He then transitioned to real estate private equity, focusing on distressed-debt backed by New York City commercial real estate. As a result, he has developed a profound knowledge of real estate investment analysis and valuation. Christian has earned certifications which include NYS Real Estate Salesperson License, Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination), Series 79 (Investment Banking Registered Representative Examination), and SIE (Securities Industry Essentials Examination).
