Investment Analyst
As an Investment Analyst, you will support financial modeling, underwriting, and transaction analysis across a range of real estate investments, including development, acquisition, and recapitalization opportunities. You will build dynamic Excel models, conduct market research, and assist in preparing investment memoranda, pitch materials, and capital stack evaluations.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of real estate finance. You will work closely with our senior team members to deliver institutional-grade outputs that drive investor confidence and support execution at every stage of the deal lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate finance, with strong Excel modeling skills and a firm understanding of underwriting and capital structures. They are detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of producing polished, client-ready work under tight timelines.
Presentation Designer
As a Presentation Designer, you will be responsible for elevating the visual quality of client-facing deliverables, including investor presentations, pitch decks, and offering materials. You will work closely with our investment team to translate complex financial and strategic content into clean, professional, and visually compelling narratives that meet institutional standards.
This role requires a strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistency across high-stakes materials under tight deadlines. Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint or Figma) and a sharp eye for layout, typography, and hierarchy are essential.
The ideal candidate has experience designing for investment firms, real estate sponsors, or other financial services clients, with a portfolio that reflects clarity, structure, and sophistication.
